Hi, may I know what is the main issue here so we can provide you a clearer solutions? If you're referring to mastering an episode to earn different type of trophy, just continue level up by achieving first win and blue sugar stars to earn it.
Once you received say a gold throphy (refer screenshots below), you'll get extra 1 live plus 10% increment on your total scores in the next episode. The extra points is very helpful if you're in the F5 team because once you hit the booster point, you claim your rewards!

I think u r referring to blue sugar stars as today is the last day for yeti challenge. And u have to clear three levels with sugar stars.
Very sorry that u did it but not found them. I think u update ur game application and see if it solves. And try again.
For me it is working fine and i already cleared 3 levels with sugar stars....

@misslpn I understand where you coming from, but unfortunately there is no process in the community to be able to do this. We can only offer some help and advice. I do not think there is anything that can be done regarding this and not in time for your contest. You could try contacting customer support from your game to explain your problem., but again i personally do not know what they can do about this, but could be worth a try
