Progress not syncing from phone to iPad

I downloaded the app to my ipad. Created an account by using Apple sign in on my phone. When I hit retrieve progress on my iPad it takes me to level 6. I am on 1427 on my phone. I have deleted, signed out, restarted etc. thanks!

@CandyCrusher46 you can contact customer support from your game or the contact us at bottom of page, you will need your game ID for this.

I'm not sure how much Apple account can help you to save the game progress and in my opinion the best way to save the game via Facebook or Kingdom.

Let me know your game ID by connecting the game with a Facebook or Kingdom account.

Our CM will reset your game progress and manually take you to your level.

I have tried it in the past through Facebook and it does the same thing. My game ID is 11571777547. If using Apple sign in doesn’t save progress then why would it be an option??

Hi there, if you are at level 1427 on mobile, please backup your game in iTunes, then only sync your iPad with it. This way, you can have the latest progress in your iPad. Let us know if this work. Thank you. Have a nice day 😊🍭

They two need to be connected to FB, to be synchronized.

I tried what others said and attempted to connect via Facebook. THe same thing happened and I ended up on level 6 on my iPad. However it also took away almost 100 levels I had gotten thru!! Instead of the level 1427 I was on, it put me back to 1356 on my phone! So thanks for your advice...not! I also tried logging in with my king account and syncing, and the SAME thing happens. Goes to level 6 on my iPad. Now I’m stuck at 1356 on my phone. For some reason I now have a different game ID as well. Instead of he ID I had in my first post, it’s now 907272786132. Is there an email address I can use to contact someone who can actually help? Thanks.

@CandyCrusher46 your welcome but if you have any problems come back to us. Our CM should be able to manually restore your levels to your Phone game ID and then if you unistall app on ipad and log in with same phone log in details they should sync.

Hi @CandyCrusher46 !

Have you made sure the game is connected to the same account as on your phone?

If the levels to 1427 on your phone is saved on a King or Facebook account you will need to use the same account on your iPad.

If the game wasn't saved on your Apple account on your phone, then you can't use that one on your iPad to sync over the levels.
