About a week ago Candy Crush Saga app stop working on two completly different PCs with Windows 10. Only MS account the same. "King" splash screen appers and then app closes. I tried to reinstall it, but no luck. Other King's apps still working. At the same time it's works on the third PC. How do I fix this?
@Beliar A couple of people have reported this but a general problem cannot be found. You will need to contact support from contact us at bottom of the page with your game ID so they can look into this. Apologies but many people have no problems at all with win10 app so its hard to say why this is happening
You can also try resetting the app
*In order to reset the app; click on the Windows icon down to the left, then go to Settings - Apps - Apps & Features - Candy Crush Saga - Advanced options - Reset
I tested this problem all day today and I found some information that could be the cause of this problem.
Check if your device system's auto-update is set, If so, Windows is being updated in the background and that is why your device is running very slow.
Last Windows update released 12 days before.
Please disconnect the Internet to see if the app is crashing.

Hi @Beliar pls be patience as your issue is of technical nature as it may be due to certain settings in your computer that we have no access to. Perhaps you may want to seek help from the external IT support where you bought your PC from if you haven't contacted them. I'm guessing it could be certain setting in your PC or some incompatibility issue.. pls check with them.
