first of all sorry for my bad English (I’m from belgium)
i was wondering if your issue was solved or not because I’m having exactly the same problem as you!
i think this has something to do with the permissions of candy crush to acces our Facebook profile/informations.
when I check my applications permissions on Facebook (see pictures)
and I tried everything already but can’t find the good way to put candy crush permission back on active !!!!
can someone help me to solve this?

I am having issue to get my record back. I was using my FB account and was at around level 3600, but since yesterday, I can't log in with my iPhone (screen shot attached). I am on level 1 now, even after I logged in, and all the booster are gone (But I can still see the piggy bank and my level 59). Please let me know about that I can do about it. Thank you very much..
If you have the game Facebook connected, don't forget to make sure that the game has access to your Facebook since this permission will automatically expire from time to time.

Sukanta_Biswas, Thank you very much for your help. However, after I followed the steps, I am still on level 1. Is there anything that I can do?

welcome to the community. Sorry for ur loss. If all the above mentioned steps are not helping u. Plz. Provide us ur Id and we can request our CM to manually restore ur progress. But in this case u will not be having ur boosters and other records. Only levels will be restored.

By the way, when I tried to log on, it's still shows like this. Do I just reinstall the APP? Thank you very much for your help.
