Hi here Rofik
I’ve been playing your game for several months now and I appreciate this game, yesterday I went through a few levels but now the levels have disappeared I am not a cool person who will play the levels again. How can you give me back the time I wasted? I want no consolation. I'm looking wrong.

I'm sorry for your inconvenience and I believe the whole time spent in the game may be worthless due to a slight mistake.
Neither I nor my team will be able to return your valuable time but can manually get you to your level.

Still I would like to know how many levels you have lost and you saved the game on Facebook or Kingdom?
