Waiting for the new level to be released todaybut game has taken me back to level 7245 and taken all my boosters . Any advice please?

@missjayniee What device are you playing on ?, try checking for update log out and restart your device then log back in. see if this rectifies itself and let us know

Tried this and doesn't work I play on 3 devices Android phone, laptop and tablet and it has happened on them all. Thanks

@missjayniee Strange one, You can lose boosters on mobile devices / tablets for certain reasons but if playing on facebook or win 10 app they are stored on kings servers. So can not understand why these would be missing. You definitely have no updates available ? pleas e see post below

@missjayniee For android mobile yes. try your laptop game What do you use on this facebook or app ?

I've even tried deleting and re installed on Android still the same. I use facebook thanks

@missjayniee Deleting and reinstalling app on mobile you would lose your stored boosters as these are stored on the device itself. Query 7245 as last level for mobile / facebook was 7235 until the update today.
You will need to contact support from your game or the contact us at bottom of page (you will need your game ID for this).

I didn't try reinstalling and deleting until they had already disappeared thanks anyway

Can you tell me another confirmation from which level you came back to level 7245? Please show me a screenshot of you current game map.
