@mette66 Hi, The free booster wheel is a test feature, so its not guaranteed to be in your game all the time,, as test features are groups of randomly selected people. You could also get added to the feature again in the future. It mayalso be missing due to temporary problems.
For any gold bars you have bought you will need to contact customer support from your game or the contact us at bottom of the page (you will need your game ID for this) . as the community does not deal with purchases.

okay I didn't know that. sorry, being on a very difficult track could well use help 😂😂. unfortunately I only have 5 gold bars. know I used max 5. I mean bought 15. but may remember incorrectly. that's probably what happened. thank you for your kindness. and for the solutions.
