I used to be connected to Facebook on my mobile device, but awhile back, the Facebook icon disappeared. I read all the articles and followed all the instructions on syncing my mobile device to my King/Facebook account, but nothing has worked. I discovered that I have two User IDs tied to my email address. My Mobile phone User ID is completely different from the User ID associated with my King Profile/Facebook account. Is there a way to sync these numbers? I am currently on level 5903 rank 118 on my mobile device. My King Profile has me at level 2496 rank 466 and Facebook is 2496 and rank 102. I can provide screenshots, but I figured I would wait before posting with the two different User IDs. I look forward to hearing back from the community!

You will need a PC to sync Facebook with Kingdom because this method cannot be done with a mobile browser. Your game may not be fully connected to the server because the same Kingdom account cannot have two user IDs.
Right now, I'm asking you to check the steps below.
Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

@johncarp414 Sounds like one is a facebook account and one a king account but not synced between the two. You can only sync one facebook account to the kingdom as well. Im lost how you have 2 different levels on and 3 ranks on different devices. What do you use to log in on your mobile device
