I am getting server cannot be connected on my iPad

I play mostly on iPad, but sometimes on my PC or my Iphone. I've been trying to sync them all and got in a muddle. I now have The server cannot be contacted coming up on my iPad. I think I have different accounts not synced.

    Hello @ASWalk and welcome to our wonderful community. As long as you use the same account (king.com or FB) on each device, your progress should be synced between devices. I don't play on a PC, but I do play on an iPhone and iPad.

    You may be getting a temporary glitch on your iPad. Make sure you have the latest version of the game and clear your cache. Then exit the app, turn off your iPad for 10-15 seconds and then turn it back on and try and play the game.

    These games like a strong and steady internet signal so you may have experienced a temporary drop in signal which caused the error. Hopefully by doing what I have suggested, you will be able to continue playing the game on your iPad. 😊

    First of all, can you please make sure you follow these few steps?

    1.- Disconnect your game from Facebook or Kingdom by logging out of the Settings menu.

    2.- Close all apps and turn off your device. Turn it off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.

    3.- Check for updates to your device and apps.

    4.- Clear the cache of the game in the following order: Settings> Apps> Game name> Clear cache.

    5.- Make sure the time, date, and time zone are correct on your device, and that you are within range of a wireless router. If you are using mobile data, make sure that this is enabled correctly in Settings> Mobile data.

    6.- Join the game again, reconnect to Facebook or Kingdom.

    If these steps shouldn't work, you can delete and install the app again- that would mean you lose your saved Boosters and Lives, so it can be a good idea to use them before you try out this step.

    A reinstallation usually solves these issues, but shouldn't it fix it, please write back and give us your player ID. You can find itΒ HERE.

    Customer support is a joke! Asked for various screen shots, which I sent, then I heard no more from them in spite of several emails being sent.

    This server error message is from the live events that cannot be played at the moment and no issue with your game account or its synchronization. This should be fixed in an earlier update of the game, have you made sure you have the latest update installed?

    Are you on different levels on your iPad, iPhone and on Facebook? Or is it just the avatar that doesn't show up?
