Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
The extra spin feature belongs to the test group so we can't say for sure you will always find this feature in your game. Sometimes such features may be missing in the game due to temporary problems and then it returns to the game normally.

free move spin is a test feature, it's randomly sent to groups of players, it's not guaranteed to be always present and it might be missing due to temporary problems.
Recently a few more people have reported problems with daily win, it might not solve it but try this:
check out update, log out, restart device, log in, clear a level
While waiting for a fix make sure you keep your app up to date and hopefully it'll come back to you in the future :)

Plz update ur game application and the extra moves wheel is a test feature and is not guaranteed to be in your game all the time. Test features are groups of randomly selected people. This just means you may no longer be in the test group, but you could be again the future. It may also be missing due to a temporary problem.
