hello everyone...
i hate pop ups so i prefer emails..
i have changed my notification preferences long back!
but aint getting any emails when people comment on my discussions or comment on the discussions i have participated in....
see in tagging game
i dint get any email...
i dint get any email since past 3 days...

Have you looked at your junk box/spam email? Sometimes, it may accidentally be there if you didn't add King as one of your contact. Please try and take a look.
Otherwise, please try to log out from all games, emails and accounts, restart your devices and log back in as usual.

Can you try to reset your notification preferences i.e. check for all. Saved it and repeat the reboot process?
Sometimes there may be delay for the devices to accept the above changes, you have to wait till tomorrow and see whether the issue is still the same.
I hope your Gmail is the correct email that you use to log in this community account. You may want to counter check it.

Hi there Sameeksha, have you check whether it's under spam or junk emails? You may also need to expand your email setting to show junk/email in your mailbox besides the inbox. Otherwise, please log in to your email in computer browser to check on it and also see whether you have set any auto delete for spam/junk emails.
Alternately, you may add no.reply@king.com as one of your favourites address in your email and see whether the emails from King will automatically appear.
Lastly, try search email from no.reply@king.com to see where it is stored in your email.
Hope the above info help. Otherwise, you have to check with your email service provider, Gmail and report the issue to their help center instead.
