I understand that you all miss the free spin once and while in the Extra Moves Wheel.
The Extra Moves Wheel as all extra features or bonuses in the game may not always be available or can be found in the same version as previously.
Therefore you may not have the wheel available at times or no free spins are possible.

Welcome to the community. Extra moves wheel is a test feature and it is awarded to some selected players on test basis. So there is no guarantee that it will always be there for those players.
But the good news is that it might come back to u any time.

I updated my game today hoping I might get the Daily Win Sticker back, instead I have now lost my Extra Moves Wheel.
It is very disappointing to have a feature for years, since I have been playing CCS, only to have it taken away because it was a "test group". Or learn about extras that some players have always had that others have never seen. Again, a test group. I never heard of a test group until events started disappearing.

The extra spin feature belongs to the test group so we can't say for sure you will always find this feature in your game. Sometimes such features may be missing in the game due to temporary problems and then it returns to the game normally.
