Each feature of the game is under the control of the test group and the group members are randomly selected. Studio is always working to improve these features so sometimes they are not available in the game so we cannot say for sure that you will always find such features in your game. Once the test is successful, you can get the feature back to the game.

The win moved option is not completely removed from the game. Infact still it is working on my android. Just as it is a test group feature so may be u r no longer part of the test group or some maintenance work is the reason behind the removal.
You should be hopeful that it might come back to u any time.

I'm on level 3296 and for the past 2 weeks or so, the daily spin wheel does not light up or give me spins? I need those extra spins!😔😜

There are free courses daily that you can use and also you can get additional courses and condolences by buying them in gold if you have gold coins if you do not have gold coins you can charge via credit card I exceeded this level by three snow stars

I mean the wheel that helps you with more moves to continue play. It hasn't lit up lately so that I can continue on that level?

The extra spin feature belongs to the test group so we can't say for sure you will always find this feature in your game. Sometimes such features may be missing in the game due to temporary problems and then it returns to the game normally.
