The extra spin feature belongs to the test group so we can't say for sure you will always find this feature in your game. Sometimes such features may be missing in the game due to temporary problems and then it returns to the game normally.

As @kiara_wael told you, Free Spin belongs to the Test group, so we can't say for sure that you will always get this feature in the game. You're probably still using the older version of the game app so you get free spin in your game but it won't work properly. Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

I believe this is an updated version. Mine is the same now on android app. The wheel with free moves every 48 h is not available anymore. It got replaced by the wheel that costs 7 gb and the occasional wheel that "costs" the viewing of an ad.
The wheel with ads is not always present in the game though

The win moves option is not completely removed from the game. Infact still it is working on my android. Just as it is a test group feature so may be u r no longer part of the test group or some maintenance work is the reason behind the removal.
You should be hopeful that it might come back to u any time.

I understand that you all miss the free spin once and while in the Extra Moves Wheel.
The Extra Moves Wheel as all extra features or bonuses in the game may not always be available or can be found in the same version as previously.
Therefore you may not have the wheel available at times or no free spins are possible.

Bring back the periodic pink wheel to spin for a booster or extra moves. It made playing a bit more inviting on a tough level as you could win moves to finish the level. Without it, I may just stop playing as I get close to finishing a level but after 5 tries I am done. It is becoming more and more frustrating to play. Thanks

I had the extra spin 'after lost levels' for the last 10 years! Now it’s not available anymore since last week 😣 Can you help me understand what is happening please? I don’t get it.
