I am getting server cannot be connected on my iPad

    I am now on different levels on my PC and my iPad, but I wasn't until recently. I can't connect to so many things on my iPad -the shop, Space Race, f5, gold bars, Average stars in Inventory, and Chocolate Box shows "Server Error!". All Settings, etc. are up to date.Candy Crush on my iPad is not connected to the Internet.

    Thanks for all details @ASWalk !

    First make sure the app is up to date.

    Then force close all apps on the iPad and restart the device.

    If you still get the server error message, then please reinstall the app. Delete the app, restart the device and download the game again from App Store.

    Yes, but if nothing else helps, that's the only solution.

    If you had any purchased Boosters in your game, they can be restored afterwards.
