@kellym114 This is a test feature so it is not always guaranteed to be in your game. Test features are groups of randomly selected people. So this could mean your not in that group anymore,but you could still be in the future. It could also just be a temporary problem why it is missing.

The extra moves wheel is available every 48 hours for a free extra shoot, after and in between gold is required for a extra move
If this is no longer the case for you, it is possible that you are in a test group.
Unfortunately, I can't answer you for how long.

So the wheel comes up as if I am going to get a free spin but when I click on win moves, the booster wheel comes up instead, wanting me to spend 7 bars (that I don’t have)

@kellym114 Yes that normally comes up after the free spin. The free timed spin is missing for a few people so at present do not know if because its a test feature the groups have been changed or if there is a temporary problem. I still have the timed fee feature in my game.
Will update if we get any news on this

Never mind about it, that script is rubbish.
But anyway, it seems like you're not part of an experimental test group (of guinea pigs); see here.
Some will get the extra moves wheel after failing a level (on mobile app) & others won't, different players get different features.
There's nothing to do on your end but deal with the experiment for as long as it lasts, but (try to) have fun.
Guinea pigs & lab rats, such adorable little creatures...

I dont have the wheel neither and its really bothering me since I'm on level 1268 and cannot pass it for a week and half now! I always had the wheel. Im starting to quit the game honestly... it's just not possible to pass and I won't spend real money for boosters. So I think it will be a good bye from me :(
