Weekend now, so we'll be able to return your levels to you next Monday. You have to wait until next Monday or you can contact our player support.
Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your new account.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on! 😀

hi, so I’ve just tried reinstalling it, but it started on level one. I didn’t get my level back. I don’t know what my game id is or where to find it. However the email I use for the game is***.

Hey guys, the game still havnt gone back to the level before i reinstalled it yet. I've played multiple levels and i have send in ticket to customer support. I dont know what else i can do. I am suppose to be on level 7249. ive uploaded a picture with my username included.

@Royyu66 Customer support currently have a back log they are working through so expect a little delay in getting a reply, but you will get one. I cannot help you anymore than this at moment as the one person who could help you maybe is away till next monday. If you not had a reply then come back to us

i couldn’t because the game had a reconnection error, therefore I couldn’t connect my main account to the game. I’ve tried to troubleshoot in every way suggested by customer support and it still wouldn’t work. As of today, I had reinstalled it so I lost all my progress from before.

hi Guys. I still haven’t heard from customer support yet. I just want to continue playing the game without having to play through the 400 levels that I’ve already played. Since the game is a lot harder in the later levels.
