All your progress is held online on king server you just log in with your user name and password that you are using on your current device and your level should be restored.

I use windows 10 and android and switch between devices, I have even logged into my account on my friends iPhone and it always has updated to where I left off as long as i used the same account log in. Strange!

@beckygriffin Make sure your ipad and game are up to date and sign out and restart your device. then log back in see and make sure you play and complete a level after restart as sometimes it needs this to reconnect to the server correctly.See if resolves your problem
