Win Moves Wheel Disappeared

Hi, I’m playing Candy Crush, my Win Moves booster wheel has just completely disappeared. One day it was there & the next it wasn’t! I have updated the app. Anyone any ideas? I play on my iPad too & it’s gone from it as well!!

We warmly welcome you to the Friendly King Community's Candy Crush Saga forum.
Each feature of the game is under the control of the test group and the group members are randomly selected. Studio is always working to improve these features so sometimes they are not available in the game so we cannot say for sure that you will always find such features in your game.

Therefore you may not have the wheel available at times or no free spins are possible.
It may also be out due to some temporary problems. So we hope that it might come back to u any time.

Hi ! I'm play in Candy Crush Saga and my Win Moves Wheel when it came back it's not free 1 time and wait 48 hour to turn again free but i oblige to use gold bar all time.
This situation began when my win move wheel 2 week ago, came back after disappeared (3weeks ago)
I don't know if it's clean because i'm not English so i tu to explain properly but it's difficult to me.

Therefore you may not have the wheel available at times or no free spins are possible.

Hi there @daydreamerboo and @Cloeee if you have played this game long enough, we used to be able to receive or give 3 extra moves from/to our friends in the old flash player version but was not available after it has been upgraded to HTML.
You may click on the link below and vote for this to be brought back.
Meanwhile, do enjoy other features that are available in your game at the Moment and stay tune for new features that may be rolled out to you from time to time. Do keep your app up to date too 😊💕

Thank you but i don't understand why i have this problem i do always update, in my family we all play in Candy Crush and i am only person who have always problems this game. So when exactly wheel free will come back?
Because 1 week block on game without power, without wheel free, it's not a pleasure to play anyone.

I'm in the same situation Cloeee, unfortunately, it's not a "problem" in the sense that it's a bug, it's a new "game feature." King is apparently testing out by doing away with the free spins. We are unfortunate to be in that test group, but the new "feature" will probably be rolled out to everyone soon, and then nobody will have free spins. :(

So, it's too easy to say "i'm in test groupe.
Now, compared to my others friends who play I'm at a disadvantage.
it's always the same thing, gift disappear, the powers disappear.
Everyone must be in the same boat because it is always on the same tests.
I have given enough, a lot of my friends have overtaken me because I was disadvantaged.
it's tiring.
I stop to play now. It's enough
