Finishing Levels and not moving on

@patlgreen I've had this problem a few times.
Make sure you let the post win graphics finish. (This was not part of my issue but it is step one). When you win the level, don't hit the "next" button. Hit the "X" to close the screen. This should get you to the next level.
I usually keep closing the screen and not using the "next" button for the next few levels. It returns to normal on its own. Total mystery!

Plz. Log out , Update your game application, Clear cache and Restart your device then login.
When you clear any level please let the game automatically push you to next level. Dont close the window in a hurry untill the stars added the score to you.

Sorry to here you did not move on from this level. Sometimes if you exit the level to quickly it does not register the level as correct. you always need to make sure that the stars for the level show up and then you exit the level
Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

@patlgreen Hi and welcome. Firstly check your game is up to date, then log out and restart your device and log back back in. Also if you are playing via an internet browser clear the cache / history. See if you still have this happening. Please be wary thought that if you do exit a level to quickly it will not register to the server . So please make sure your score and stars are showing before exiting the level
