Facebook Friends list and profile picture Error
hello dear community managers
i have some problems in my games.
2 months ago i have more than 200 friends in my CCS but now it's around 40. only some new friends are showing in my game.
my profile picture is also spinning till now.
i reinstalled my game and log in more than 10 times.
Even i l know that if i will do this then my all boosters will disappear from game.
you can see here πππππ°
when this problem will solved. please tell.

even in my CCFS CCSS AND pet rescue saga its working well. but in my favorite game Candy crush saga its not working.

so i searched more post here and open my game that link which is provided by the post but i have same problem till now.

Its a well known facebook issue. Plz look below link for more details. King studios and facebook are working to fix this issue.

@rajdeeptb Hi and welcome, There is an issue with Facebook at the moment that both King and Facebook are trying to resolve. It is causing avatars to constantly spin and not load as well as a couple of other problems . There is no time frame for a fix at the moment
Uninstalling will not fix this issue

Yes, I still have the problem with the avatar on all devices with CCS, it works perfectly for all other games.

@rajdeeptb Hi, yes its the same for me as well . i play multiple devices and its the same on all of them think its due to my accounts all being facebook accounts. Hopefully it will be resolved shortly, but at least its not effecting the game to badly

Hi there Rajdeep and thanks for posting your question here.
May I know whether you restart your device after each re-installation? Did you wait for few minutes before logging back in? Is your app up to date? If your answer is yes to all of these questions, then you may want to consider playing in other device i.e. Win10 or PC (via FB) whilst waiting for the issue to be fixed on mobile. Alternately, you may take a break from CCS and start exploring other interesting King's game ο»Ώπο»Ώο»Ώπο»Ώο»Ώπο»Ώο»Ώπο»Ώο»Ώπο»Ώ
However, if your answer is no to any of the above questions, please try and see whether it will help a little.

@rajdeeptb Yes and i would always check the community for information before uninstalling so you are not losing you boosters for nothing. They are hard to come by these days and this little piece of info could have prevented that
