Your game is not fully connected to the server or your internet connection is disconnected.
Right now, I'm asking you to check the steps below.
Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.
This will solve your problem.
Cant update the app it stays in 0% when updating using mobile data and wifi my device is huawei y6p, candy crush saga in my other phone works gteat

Welcome to the community.
As explained above by Mr. Sukanta. You need to update your game application. So clear your device cache, update the app store and then try to update your game application.
@Lhanz601 Hi and welcome, If you can not update the app this sounds like its more a problem with your internet connection than the game. The app updates come from your app store etc so you should be able to do an update if one is available. If you cannot do this i would check your connection on this device

Even what kind of internet connection i try still not updating. I will try to reinstall it
Hi there and I hope you have NOT reinstalled your game because any boosters stored in your device will be lost! Only gold bars and progress are saved in the game servers.
Based on my personal experience, connecting to 2 internet connectivity will apparently slow down the download because your phone system may not be able to detect the connection properly. So I normally will either turn on 1 i.e. data or WiFi. For my area, my phone Data works the best.
Once you're properly connected, the game should be able to load properly after you restart your device and log back in as usual.

This is a common problem and you can fix the problem from the Play Store setting.
Go to Play store - Setting - App download Preference - Select network - Done
