My F5 team disappeared.What should I do

All of my teammates just disappeared yesterday so I re-invited them but now our points are all messed up.What should I do

Hi there Janice, sorry for reading the time wrongly. Ohh, it's unnecessary to re-create a new team.
You have plenty of time to play and reach those remaining points with your teammates. Please continue to play and the points will add up accordingly after the glitch reset. If you re-create a new team, you'll have to start all over again.
Therefore, just keep playing and you'll get the rewards once the points are achieved.
However, you can still continue to send invite to fill up that missing spot but make sure they are there to help. Otherwise, there will be another issue of just "parking" to get rewards.

Hi Janice and hope you're having a good weekend.
Based on your screenshot, your team total scores of 1970 doesn't add up to the scores shown on the track 5280. You are approximately 3,200 plus points behind that score and you only left 2 hours to achieve it.
Also having less than 1 member will slow down your points collection in the short span of time. I guess the only remedy you have is to stop playing and wait for the score to reset after the 2 hours ended.
If you keep playing and pass level, the points earned is not sufficient to cover the actual score. So just take a break during the 2 hours unless your team is super confident that you are able to achieve 5280 and the final score of 7,000. Otherwise, play after 2 hours so any new scores will be added to the reset points.
Hope my suggestions gives you some insights to your issue. Let us know if you still have any issue.

No, we have 6 days and 2 hours left and the reason that the points don't add up is that when my teammates disappeared so did there points.I re-invited my team members and one of them has not responded yet. Maybe I'll just create the team again

@Janice_Staels there's a known graphics related issue in F5, where marked prizes don't match with the real sum of points shown in the column. But the feature is still registering points correctly in the background and unlocks prizes when the right amount of points is achieved in the allotted time. It's possible the re-creation of the team has triggered the graphic glitch. The studio is working on this to find a solution but in my experience this type of glitch usually fixes itself at the end of real achieved 7000 points and a new normal weekly challenge begins.

Interesting. I'd still suggest to let the feature collect real 7000 points from members for a week and if the issue renews after the feature resets itself you could create the team again 🤔

Good luck. There has been a glitch in the point system for Fantastic Five for several weeks now. When you actually get the correct amount of points (7000) you will get your rewards.
