@Lacoubre Hi and welcome again. The free spin is a test feature so it is not always guaranteed to be in your game. Test features contain groups of randomly selected people. So this just means your not in the test group at present, but you could be in the future.
To check you are getting the features available to you. Check for game update, log out and restart your device, then log back in. This will make sure you game is as up to date as possible.

The extra moves feature belongs to the test group so we can't say for sure you will always find this feature in your game. Sometimes such features may be missing in the game due to temporary problems and then it returns to the game normally.

It's is possible that the "Extra Moves" feature to be disappeared from one's game from time to time because it is not a permanent feature, unfortunately. However, please perform the standard troubleshooting steps and update the app as mentioned by Mr Freddy and see whether it re-appears. If it doesn't then it has been temporary removed from your game.
However, don't be disappointed as King is continuously rolling out new events, features or challenges to randomly selected players from time to time. So just keep playing and stay tune for it.
