Hi @KMS27_ . We warmly welcome you to our adorable king community.
I checked this level on my android oppo device. Absolutely working fine. Please do the standard troubleshooting as explained by mr. Freddy above . Log out , update game application, switch off and on and login back to see if it solves your issue. Best of luck.

Hi, I've logged out/restarted device etc which hasn't helped. The app automatically updates so that is fine. I play on my mobile (Samsung Galaxy A41) & save progress through Facebook. The level was working fine last night but not today. Thanks

Thanks a lot for your mssg and video, but unfortunatly when I collect the first key, the yellow candy hasn't descreased and the sentense "not enough order target" shown. It made me so sad. Could something wrong?

@KMS27_ Hi I dont use android but have checked on windows 10 app and iphone and both fine, but think there may be an issue with Facebook game. I have passed info on so hopefully we will get some news on this as you are the second person to report level. Please be patient though as no idea how long this could take

The yellow keys are not being recognised as candy so as I need to collect 4, if I collect a yellow key it ends the game saying 'not enough order targets available'. There is no way to win level if the keys don't work.
I logoff and restarted my mobile (Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro)and login too but till issue remains same.
