Hi there @jacreil and good day to you...
If you're playing that level in mobile, it is much easier since locked color bombs are set off during sugar crush. Try to unlock the candies in marmalade. Then find a section to create a color bomb with striped candy.
Hope the video and the small tips above provides you some insight to clear the level.

Thanks, unfortunately I have a different version. I do not have any color bombs in the corners just fish. There is a top at the bottom in the middle which is acting as a blocker and I can't break through it. This is a level that I only get 20 turns with waffles in all four corners that have icing on impossible to break. Do you know if there is a way to get the other version instead of this one.

@jacreil. Hi and welcome i have just checked this level on the windows 10 app and it is still showing color bombs in the corners. You will need to check your device and game for an update. Sign out and restar your device . then log back in. hope fully your level should be as current version below
