    Please fix this. It can’t be that difficult since you managed to mess it up overnight!

    This level can’t be completed. It requires 11 red candies but there are only 10 on the board (the red key doesn’t get counted and doesn’t become a red candy if you get the other keys first) and there is nothing to create more red candies.

    Please fix this problem. I'm no longer able to enjoy the game!It's so frustrating since I am doing everything right!

    Bonjour,

    Je voulais juste vous signaler le même problème au niveau 6143: la clé rouge une fois explosée n'est pas comptabilisée comme bonbon rouge, le jeu s'arrête pour manque de cibles.

    Etonnament, une amie à moi vient de passer hier ce niveau sans problème!

    Vite une solution!

    This problem still exists. I've wasted numerous lives and boosters i paid for trying to pass this level only to find that it is an issue in the actual game. This is not on. People have wasted money on this level.

    If you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.

    When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.

    Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

    Or alternatively use the contact us at bottom of page ( you will need your Game ID for this )
