Please Help level 6143

Not sure where i should post this but there is a glitch on level 6143. the Red key does not count towards the 11 red candies i need to complete the level, therefore i am unable to continue, i have wasted boosters and lives trying to pass itbut no luck. please fix the level. thanks.

O.K i just got a reply to this same issue on their facebook page and here is what they said.... We'll make sure your feedback gets passed on to the team but we cannot guarantee that changes will be made. i copied and pasted so you can see the unacceptable response they posted.
