To be fair they are taking a very long time to fix it. They could delete it and just put in a level we have previously completed.To allow the game to move on.
Now it's my turn to have a problems with this level 6143๐๐๐I hope that somebody will fix it soon๐๐ป๐๐ป have nice day candy crush lovers๐๐๐๐
I find it very interesting that when I emailed the help desk they didn't mention the fact that many people were having the same problem. They made me feel that I just hadn't figured out how to win the level or that maybe the problem was my phone.
I don't know. I've tried to update my phone, cancel candy crush , logout and login again and absolutely nothing nothing helps me to get out of this level problems๐๐๐

I merged together all the different comments in the discussions area so we can all share the latest information about this level.
As mentioned by community members, Game experts and SU (thank you for your help!!) we've informed the Studio and they are checking this out as we speak. I'll keep you guys posted!

Red key does not count as a red candy. When broken game ends and says OOPS. Deleted app and reloaded, and rebooted my phone. Still doesnโt work. Lost all my boosters too!
