To take part, you'll need to have reached at least level 51 of the main Candy Crush Saga map.
Each event will have its own leaderboard and you'll need to reach the top 10 to win prizes.
As these events rely on you having new levels to play, players who have completed all saga (map) levels won't be able to participate.
Playing previously won levels will not allow you to collect toward the event goals.

May I know that you have this event earlier on and now it's not working/disappear from your phone or you simply doesn't know how this game works?

If your answer is yes to the first part, please read this article to get some insight and if your answer is yes to the second part, refer to the answer by Ms Kiara.

However, you may try this basic troubleshooting steps, log out from game/acc, check for new update and update the same, restart your device, log back in as usual. Play a level and go to the event page to check on the availability of the event. If you still can't see it, most likely it has disappear temporarily as per the article. Do keep playing and keep your app up to date to enjoy special events that may be introduced to you from time to time.
