I can't buy Extra Moves with my Gold Bars

We’re sorry, but there seems to be an issue with the Play on button at the end of a level.

Screen at the end of a level. It says: Keep playing? Underneath, a +5 moves symbol and a Striped Candy. Below them, the words: Play On and a green button with a Gold Bar and the number 16.

Some players are reporting that they are not able to interact with this button to continue on a level - it appears unclickable or shows "Connecting to Store", but doesn't load.

There's a trick to fix this, so please follow the steps below:
• Open your Google Play purchase history
• Check if you find a purchase that is asking you to cancel or authorize it
• Cancel this purchase
• Restart your game
