I found the solution to deal with this issue. Transfer to another device android phone to do level 1027again. It’s totally different to use iOS phone. Finally, I passed it.

Not yet. I asked their customer care department. They said The best thing to watch a YouTube tutorial. Simply go to YouTube and search for Candy Crush Saga with the level you´re stuck on. You'll find a wide selection of videos that can help! But, it isn’t working.No one upload the newest version level 1027.
