If they knew what it was it would be fixed . This game has been running for years.. they made a change to the function of the chocolate box to make it more fancy and they broke it.. programming issue.. whatever is being said..it has worked fine until they tried to change the function...

The issue is within the app. It is a Comms issue not a server issue.. if it was a server issue then nothing in the app would work..

Just roll back the app update to before the error and update again when it is fixed.. it is a very simple solution .

Well I just installed the 13th October update and guess what? It DID NOT FIX THE ERROR.. WHY NOT ROLL BACK THE UPDATES TO GET BACK TO A WORKING CANDY SHOP.. THIS IS GETTING PATHETIC

Still it isn't fixed.. they should just revert back one upgrade and it would be fine.. I'm more and more convinced this is just a money making exercise because it forces people to "buy" upgrades to get themselves unstuck.. Come on Candy Crush gurus sort it out

It is now September 29th.. I still have the error..and no way of collecting bonus Via chocolate box.. to be honest this is pretty pathetic
