HI Elsa. How do I clear the history on my iPad? It's still doing the same thing today😫. Every the time this one and only video/advertisement/commercial appears it goes through the whole video and then it crashes my game!!

Elsa..Again you are the best!! . You always go above and beyond!!! . It is just so far this one advertisement that totally gets my blood boiling. For example when I was trying to play today every time the same advertising came on ( usually when spinning for more moves or getting a booster) after it is over the game crashes…

Tried the links but it still crashes after that one advertisement 

I I did not receive any troubleshooting tips. ,,

I am using an iPad . I definitely have more than 2 GB of free memory
