You collect by breaking the webs around them with moves (or smack the webs with a shovel). they will jump to the next nest; after they have been in all the nests they will disappear. Youtube has some great videos. The nests are little webbed squares

Try also to open uncracked egg with a spade, just smack it to help make a match.

Delete the app, log out of facebook and reinstall app through facebook. This should show your progress.

This booster gives you more of a required crop. If you hover over boosters they tell you what they do.
