Thanks for tagging me @PummyRaj! Well since he is wearing a party hat and this week will be a year since we all began here in the community I would say that he is getting ready to celebrate the 1st King community anniversary. Actually, now that I look at his hat again, it's a candy corn hat! What will they think of next?

If you just wrote them in the last 3 days, including today, then please give them a chance to respond. They aren't always available on the weekends and they could be backed up today.

It's not the game ID. If you just followed the steps then it should have taken you to the King icon where you double click and get your personal King game ID #. It's a very long number.

How long ago did you use the contact us? They just put a new bot in place and it's working out very well. Players are getting their issues resolved so please try again.

Ok this is what you have to do. If ever you write to Player Support, they will send you a bot email. You have to reply to that and then you will get help. But for now, first you have to get your user ID # by following the steps here. Then depending on whether you use a computer or mobile I will post both steps.…

Hi @Gregg, nothing yet! Jelly Jenny has left King and now we have @Pounawea who is a community manager for this game. I wish they would get to it already. Well I just tagged him in my message so maybe he can ask the studio what's going on with this.
