Candy Shop has not allowed purchases in over 4 days. It shows my credit card info but immediately says there is a problem. It does not allow any other activity. What is the problem?

Tonight it has been hit and miss as to whether any purchases can be made. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. I need to purchase my 30 coins lol!
