I had this problem a few weeks ago. I tried it on my phone and tablet and it worked. Once I had the help I needed I then continued to play on Facebook. I hope this helps you in the meantime until the problem is fixed :)

Oh no that must be really frustrating. Make sure that you clear your cache and check that your java is up to date as this could cause freezing or crashing. Hey here are some tips for level 32: Clear all the wires with the Mesh Masher booster. You can use the balloons to clear the blocks. Move the pets to the bottom in order to rescue them easily. Here is a video of another player passing the level without Boosters, it may help you too.…

Do you have a little envolope symbol in your game? And if you do, what happens if you click on it? Is there an error message? 

Make sure that you have the latest version of the game installed. Restart your tablet and try again. If you are connected to Facebook you could also try disconnecting and re connecting again. I hope this helps :) 

Wow you must be really good to be on this level. Some levels take some more time and dedication to pass. Sometimes if I am stuck on a level I leave it for a few days and then come back with a fresh prospective and I pass it in one or two tries. What is harder about this level?

There should be 875 levels on Facebook now and 860 on iOS devices. If you are playing on Facebook, try clearing the cache, restarting your computer and as a last resort test Candy Crush in a different browser. I hope this helps. Let us know how you get on :)
