I still meed help with this. I know I can contact Player Support after I make another account (with a password that I can actually remember easier) (thanks, wykoon) but I don't want to because it's extremely tempting to cheat if you can set your level.
I entered the wrong email when I signed up. That wrong email blocks all emails other than ones from Google. I entered another email but it gave me a link to reset my DESKTOP account's password. (I don't use my desktop account.) It looks like this: To wykoon: I only have a lollipop hammer that I never seem to need.
I just got "Hello king(numbers) you forgot your password". I entered a different email to send the reset to than I signed up with because my sign-up email blocked all emails except ones from Google. I know my password for my email but the link just sends me to a page to reset my desktop password so there's no way to resetβ¦
I forgot my old password and that means I can't change my password. The "FORGOT PASSWORD?" button is useless as it changes your password ON YOUR COMPUTER, NOT THE APP.
