Have a King account. Then press the green camera button and you will be redirected to a website. Select a picture and that's all. If you don't see it, then that's sad.

Costumes are mostly event only (exception is from early levels where you get costumes like tiger tiffi clown yeti or smth).

I know you hate the new UI change because of Royal Match's popularity, but i agree that the old one is better. For no wifi, maybe clear cache or something? Sorry for mentioning a game not made by King because i know that game and i have seen it.
