Simple resolution in my opinion: If no moves made, make same game board reappear when one backs out and immediately comes back in with no lives lost; if move made, lose life if back out or a certain amount of time elapses. @Elsa I tried backing out (and I did not make a move) and going back in and it was a brand new board. Did it twice, and brand new board each time. I did it without selecting a booster so this would not be a factor.

Oh ok @Elsa. I guess I have not paid much attention to it. I think the board changes anytime you back out, but if it remained the same after coming back in then there would be no need to force a player to lose a life. 

Thanks @Elsa I reviewed some of the fix posts. I'm almost at level 6000 & I seldom back out of a game to reset it, but I can see the major disappointment for those who do. However, the issue with no scroll ability seems to be placed on the back burner while they incorporate fixes like this in an effort from what it appears…

Actually @sitti_payung we're reaching 6000 levels now and still nothing. Just curious if @Pounawea got your last message @Elsa? I'm having to do a lot of scrolling back to give my friends lives. Hope they come up with a resolution soon! 

I totally agree @leahjane10 @Mistress_Mead Seems not to be a priority, even though it's so very frustrating scrolling back. I also am in the upper 5000s. They're incorporating other changes and appear to be overlooking or ignoring our suggestions. @Jelly Jenny @Elsa do you have anything on this?
