Hi JCLM, You may want to go to the Play Store to ensure you have the most updated copy of the App and also ensure you are playing the game by signing in through Facebook. If you're playing outside of Facebook, I don't believe you'll see the option to play the booster video(s).

Hi Pinkchampers, Same here with tissues issue. I've posted three threads on this, but still no resolution. Hopefully the game team is actually working this. If you do find the thread, I'd be interested in seeing it. I hope Elsa sees this post and realizes it's not just me who has encountered this issue, but several others…

I have been having this same problem since I updated on my Galaxy S5 Neo. Has any solution been found yet? I just created a new inquiry/post regarding this issue entitled, "Still Getting Video Not Available Candy Crush Sega".
