Dear Elsa, have tried the usual troubleshooting, including different browsers, update browser, clear cache and restart PC etc. No luck. SAME PROBLEM. BTW, it seems the bug is: need to release 10 pufflers, but the 2 pufflers on the upper right hand corner somehow not counted at all by the app...Pls help.

I passed the level playing on iPad, first try, no boosters. It was much easier than playing on Facebook, less fruits to collect and the nuts start on a lower row!!

Hi Mark, As a temporary fix for the game on Facebook, can I suggest the development team to just add a nut in the centre (there are already 3 nuts there) so that the level can be bypassed even with the 2 corner nuts stuck? Seems to me the cleanest temporary solution. Thank you...

@darknoxx06, I encounter exactly this problem at level 1257 on Facebook, and it is not yet solved. Is the problem solved for you by game update or you find a way to bypass the problem?

Hi Henry, could you tell me which device you are playing on please and I can get you the troubleshooting. It may be we have an issue as another player posted too about the same level, but we have to ask you to try that first :) Windows 7/PC Facebook using Chrome
