@SeraphicStar Samsung has a good recorder specific to them just enable game tools in game launcher

Hi @marygunn01 Welcome to the Candy Crush Friends Community :) There is a different level release for different devices. Windows 10 will be ahead of other other devices. Android and Iphone are the last to get new levels.

Hi @games_on_FB no sorry this game can not be played on Facebook. You can play on Windows 10 PC app which could be similar if you have that OS as it is only available as an app download

Hi @Carol_McBride I see you have posted about this before. Were you able to add friends in Facebook? In what way are you unable to ask friends for lives?

In the meantime try restarting the game... Often when I restart or just randomly it will offer different friends to play a level with. What is the device you are playing on? You could also try clearing the cache for the app.
