I've been playing CC for a long time. At some point, my focus shifted to obtaining sugar drops; that was my daily goal. Once I started getting timed sugar drop rewards, I lost interest in playing. The point that people here and elsewhere are making is that timed rewards actually prevent people from collecting anything. Yes, currently, there may be many more ways to get rewards but their presence is fleeting and often useless.

As a follow-up to my previous post, I'll just add that I've stopped playing the game because getting the timed boosters felt like a slap in the face. Essentially, regular boosters are positive reinforcement; timed boosters are negative reinforcement. Why would anyone want to continue a game that continually gives negative…

Ok, I think I voted. But just in case, definitely bring back the original sugar drops. The timed ones totally change the game for me, and most likely will cause me to quit.

Here are a few comments/thoughts based on my recent win -- 1st place -- for the Popsicle Planet contest collecting color bombs.
