@Erlynebc: the striped candy either has vertical stripes or horizontal stripes. vertical stripes means the booster will work vertically.... conversely, horizontal stripes means the booster will work horizontally
did you watch a youtube video of how to pass the level? don't recall 1708, but I don't recall ever struggling more than a few lives on any one level... and admit I've watched video solutions twice to beat certain levels after not passing within 2 attempts.
and it would be a simple fix for King to store the boosters on their servers, they somehow manage to keep track of levels and gold bars and lives, but they realize they can sell more gold bars if they don't... I've lost all my boosters a couple of times when I had to switch devices... at least back then one could quickly…
all done on purpose to get the player to use up stored boosters that can pretty much not be acquired any longer unless doling out cold, hard cash for them
I complete day 2 level and when I go back the next day, day 2 shows uncompleted, so I recomplete it and day 3 level.... then go back on day 4 and day 2 and day 3 are again showing uncompleted... so it's back to the drawing board.... did this last week too.
Until recently, one could back out of a level without losing a life so long as no moves were made.... King 'fixed' this error so now if one backs out a life is lost as well as any progress on the Build-a-Bot. Now with Boosters so hard to come by, it would be nice to allow a player to back out once per day without loss of…
I've lost my stockpile of boosters twice over the years when the devices I was playing on crashed and had to be replaced... they are gone forever as King says they are only stored on the respective device and not on their servers. it would be a simple fix for them to change their code to protect the boosters, but that…
The Fantastic Five was tough enough in the past when some of the Five you were matched with never played the game.... and now they've raised the Team Goal from 5,000 to 15,000... like that'll ever be reached. those in the higher levels that only get to play 45 levels until new levels are added will never reach 2,000... so…
Unlimited Lives are a pointless feature when the Build-A-Bot starts back at ZERO rather than dropping just one spot with a level loss.... advanced players can't afford to lose a single life/level so they'll use boosters to keep the Bot at max
to fingaz.... the new exciting "FIX" by King is that once you lose a level, the Biuld-A-Bot goes back to ZERO rather than just dropping down one spot like in the past....
I've just finished my 45 levels available today and am hanging up my fingers as I will no longer play either.... still have quite a few boosters in reserve, but will let them collect dust. with practically no way to replenish what boosters are used, the game will be unplayable in short order. Level 6695
I like the ones I used to get when you had Sugar Drops as part of the game.... Limiting to 5 per level seemed to be the worst decision King ever made... now... oh for those good old days of 5!!
Happy Days are Here Again! at the 9am reset I started getting more than 5 Sugar Drops again.... but I was at 172 collected at the time so couldn't take much advantage... but come 8 hours from now... Hooray!
I was in the process of accumulating my 180 sugar drops today... pretty close but not there yet... and my game closed on its own... when I got back in... no more sugar drops anywhere.... went from max of 5 per level to none.... if I have to buy boosters or collect a couple per week on the Chocolate Box... Sayonara. only…
The reason some are only getting 4 or less Sugar Drops on a level is that only 5 can be generated.... if one or more get eaten by Chocolate, the Sugar Drops aren't replaced... so there is a possibility of getting ZERO... yes, 5 max is bad enough, but why not let players collect those 5?
