Hmm, I'm guessing you have checked the 2 little sound buttons in the app? If your progress is safe on Facebook/Kingdom then try just deleting the app and reinstalling it again. This will tell you if its the app or your phone :)
Do you have the option to ask friends or to use gold bars to pass? It's not ideal but just saying you have those available. How about if you connect your game with Kingdom and then disconnect from Facebook. See it that helps.
It's not possible with Jelly. I've seen a few other threads and comments about this and the game can only be played in portrait mode. It's just part of the design for the game I guess :)

Can you out clear out the cache for the app? I would also make sure that you have sufficient free memory so that the app can run smoothly. See if these help you.

How did you save your levels in Candy? Just re-connect to whichever platform you saved with. If it was Facebook then login to the facebook app and connect or go into the app settings to find the Kingdom button. This will restore your game.
