I know there was a bit of an issue recently with the 3 extra moves. People were not seeing them in the their game etc. To me it sounds like you have lost your connection with the internet or facebook/kingdom as you need to be connected to receive these items. Just something to check.
I guess the level has been updated. I normally head to youtube and search by most recent videos for the level. Then I can see if everyone has the same version as me.
I was gonna suggest King.com as normally it's easier to progress there. Try removing the game from Facebook (your progress will be safe) Just delete it from the menu on the left, clear your browser cache and re-add it, see if this helps.
What do you mean 'black area'... Can you post up a screenshot so that we can see. I think if its any game that you have then its probably related to your tablet rather than Candy Crush in specific.

So the game is constantly crashing? Try closing all your apps, check your file and memory settings, make sure your tablet isn't full and has a little free memory so the apps can run smoothly.
