I don’t see any of the ones I didn’t use given back to me. I don’t have any of the prizes. Shouldn’t I just get this season pass…

I paid for the series where you get 8 lives and other prizes as you go up in levels. I have 8 lives for another 4 days but don’t get any of the other prizes? The link to the event is not in my game.
