Nope. No luck. It still keeps resetting back to lower levels. I was on level 9, and when I came back later, it was showing as being on level 6. It's seriously stuffed up! Don’t know what the coders are doing - they need to improve!!

This happened to me too. I think the tech people messed up when they released the new season pass that now includes pins. Glitches in coding that should have been tested before releasing on us players. As usual with King. And never any tech support that helps! Really frustrating.…

I posted about a similar issue here…They have definitely messed up the season pass. Probably because of the changes that they must have made by introducing the stupid pin cards

Yes, that’s happened to me too. I guess, once again, King don’t want us to have anything for free. They like to start something with free boosters, then take it away. That’s just what they’re like.

Hi @christinewupp . Thanks for this… Helpful to know. Infuriating that things are like this. Playing becomes more and more tedious as time goes on. No wonder they have to keep launching new versions like the upcoming Solitaire Candy Crush. Instead of sticking with one and fixing it so that we can properly enjoy playing. Oh…
